He was more then helpful making our entire experience with Man Crate easy and stress free. The amount of compassion and dedication that Will put into making sure we were completely satisfied truly reflects how this company operates. OK, I have the best wife and daughter a guy could ask for cuz I got not one, but TWO man crates as Valentine's Day gifts! One was the Whiskey Appreciation crate, and the other was the Zombie Apocalypse Crate. My Whiskey crate had everything listed here except it was two glencairn whiskey tasting glasses instead of heavy bottom glasses. Quality is exceptional, and the fun of opening these crates is another added bonus. Check out my youtube video I made so my wife could see me open it cuz she was in Texas on business. Skip first two mins unless you like watching a guy struggle to open a crate.

I picked this gift out for Valentine's Day and he absolutely loved it. Took him about 10 minutes to pry the crate open which he enjoyed doing. The engraving is a really awesome touch. Unlike previous comments, nothing was broken or missing upon receiving the package. I will definitely order again from this company.

My Wife gave me the Whiskey Appreciation crate for Valentine's Day. What an awesome gift!!! The Wooden Crate and Cardboard box were a ton of fun to open. Contents were packed so that the entire shipment including glass was intact even after using the pry-bar to get'r open. Both the Crate and Cardboard box will make a great addition to my Man Cave. The decanter is already full awaiting my next Cave party. Keep up the great work!!!

I ordered this for my boyfriend, and when he emptied the whole package we noticed that the topper wasn't shipped. I contacted Customer Service and in less than a couple days it was sent to us. He absolutely LOVES everything about this crate, from the cashews to the Personalized Whiskey Decanter! Great job guys, you made my Christmas and birthday gift shopping so much easier!!!

Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my dad - he loved everything about it! Unfortunately, the decanter completely shattered during shipping (what can you expect during the holidays). Luckily, the ManCrates team has been extremely easy to work with in getting it replaced at no charge. I highly recommend this, or any other product from these guys!

I purchased two man crates for Christmas. One was for my Father-in-law and the other was for my son. I was with my son when he opened his and the whole room laughed so hard that a few people were in tears. The NFL glasses were very nice with thick glass and the coasters were very cool with a bottle opener on them. Everybody loved his gift. From what I heard from my Mother-in-law, the same reaction was experienced in their home with everybody laughing and trying to pitch in to help. The decanter set was really nice and my Father-in-law couldn't wait to tell my husband about his name being on the glasses. I definitely would buy the crate versions of these gifts but am not so sure about the cardboard box versions. I think half of the enjoyment of the gift is how it's packaged.

Unfortunately all the glass pieces were broke. This was a gift for Xmas for my husband and I was so upset! I immediately contacted Man Crates and they apologized and indicated they would get a replacement out as soon as the personalized items got in their warehouse and replacement parts were customized. They estimated a new shipment date and got it out in that time frame! Excellent customer service and the new crate was packaged way better with all part intact! Thank you!

Unfortunately my Man Crate, which I got for my Son-in-Law, had some damage (broken glass items) due to shipping during holidays. We were totally bummed out until I contacted Customer Service (Jon), who brought the "Merry" back to Christmas. He was more than accommodating and made it right. This company does rock and I highly recommend them to all! Wonderful gifts & great customer service!! Happy New Year guys!!!

I ordered this for my brother along with another crate for my brother-in-law. I requested both packages to be "gift wrapped." Unfortunately, this crate did not come with the wrapping. I contacted customer service immediately and they refunded me the cost. They were extremely helpful and nice. I could not have asked for better service. As for the gift, it was heavy glassware and exceeded my expectations. My brother loved the engraving of his name and initials on the gift. It was fun for the rest of the family to watch him and my brother-in-law open their gifts.

I bought this for my B-I-L and he was over the moon with excitement for this. This beat all expectations. This is the second crate I bought and I've been happy each time. This is my go to place for gifts for the men in my life. :)

My sone got this for me. Packing was a problem as they shipped three times before the decanter made it to me in one piece. Great product that really looks good with the liquor in it.

Man Crates really stepped up and shipped replacements quickly. I also wound up with three crates. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, when I received my Man Crate, it sounded like the delivery part of the movie Ace Ventura. I opened it up, and the neck of the bottle had broken. I then called the company, told them what had happened, and they sent me a complete new Man Crate in under a week.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I love organizations that stand by their products… Especially awesome products like the Whisky Appreciation Crate.

It was broken on arrival, which was sad, but I'm still giving 5-stars because the customer service was just superb when I called. It was redelivered a couple of days later.

I think they really need to look at the packaging - it would have been worse for me if this was time-senstive. But I still can't fault the customer service.

All my products in Man Crate had broke upon arrival, I was so sad because I was totally looking forward to gifting it to my husband. This had nothing to do with the company itself. I did think it was odd that the packageing was not labled "fragile" That was my only complaint. I called customer service and they were more than accomidating. They were so wonderful, and let me exchange for a new crate. This company rocks!

I ordered this for my sister. Yes, we like guy stuff! It took 30 mins for her and her boyfriend to open it but once they did she loved all the stuff in it.
